BECOME A VOLUNTEER
The requirements for serving as a volunteer veteran mentor are:

You are either serving in an active duty/reserve/National Guard status with no current adverse action pending

You are in a retired status;

or you have previously served and have a DD214 with an Honorable Characterization of Service.
If you are not a veteran but you would like to volunteer, we do have a need for our support functions (such as IT, budget, etc.). If you have a particular skill set or proficiency that would benefit the MHCV we would be happy to speak with you!
BECOME A SPONSOR
Become a Sponsor for the Mentors for Hillsborough County Veterans.
Throughout the year the MHCV will host, sponsor, or join efforts with other community organizations that include fundraising, or providing resources to needy VTC veterans, community veterans in need, and special need children of military families. Additionally, MHCV honors its volunteer veteran mentors, their families, and local community organizations during its annual Recognition Dinner and Awards Event. These events and functions, of course, cost money, and MHCV community outreach efforts gladly accept any donations or sponsorships from our local community supporters.
